Rates For Apartments
Despite our obvious excellent
facilities, we have as a matter of policy kept our rates very
reasonably low. As a result, most of our guests return again
and again and spend long holidays with us.
We believe that since
very little time is spent in one's room whilst on holiday,
one's room expense should be at the most reasonably low, so
that adequate funds would be available for transport and other
incidentals, which lend to the full enjoyment of our lovely
island.
We believe that
we offer the most reasonable and fairest rates on the island.

Booking Conditions:
A 20% deposit of the total is required to confirm reservations. Our cancellation policy is based on if there is a cancellation two weeks or more prior to arrival, a 50% of the deposit is refunded. If the cancellation is made less then two weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund .

No child rates apply.

time guests of eight or more nights get 10% discount
First time guests of thirty-one or more nights get 15% discount
Repeat guests get a 20% discount on the entire stay
Frequent guests get a 25% discount on the entire stay
Each apartment accommodates two persons, per bedroom.
Apartments can be completely separate and private or can be
combined with others
to allow you as many rooms as you may need.
